Greens are a daily must-have but it’s easy to skip them for certain meals, especially when you’re on-the-go and don’t want to eat “another boring salad”. Get your daily greens by finding fun ways to slip them into your regular routine. Having a smoothie? Add spirulina. Eggs for breakfast? Make it a veggie omelette. Sandwich for lunch? Opt for darker greens like spinach or kale.
