Today, we created a simple celery soup (recipe to follow, soon)! Although celery is something we often use to add to other dishes, we may want to begin welcoming celery as the main event. Celery contains high amounts of antioxidants, it’s antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and contains cancer-fighting properties. In addition to this celery is known to support digestion and skin health. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
One of our favorite things about celery? It’s SUPER HYDRATING. Celery is made up of mostly water, great for increasing hydration while benefiting from vitamins, minerals and other health-boosting nutrients.

Enjoying a roasted chicken with veggies is not only comforting but also nutrient-rich. Chicken provides protein and key vitamins & minerals, including Niacin and Phosphorus. Root veggies like carrots and parsnips provide antioxidants and vitamins & minerals including Folate and Potassium.
