🌱Not a big meal eater? No problem. Toast to the rescue! One of my favorite ways to get daily nutrients, when I’m on-the-go or when I don’t have a big appetite, is to prepare a simple, super-food-filled toast. Good toasts just require 3 ingredients: bread, spread and a healthy topping. Keep a few healthy staples around for easy toast making. My favorites: sprouted wheat bread, vegan cream cheese, avocados, eggs and blueberries. - XO, Brooke
